Ingredients: Termized cow's milk (100%), rennet, table salt. The milk fat ratio in the dry matter is at least 45%.

Sütas Classic White Cheese contains only milk, rennet and table salt. It does not contain any additives. It is prepared for London Turkish market production after all analyses are made on the fresh milk of Sütas Farm. Afterwards, depending on the type, cow, sheep or goat milk is taken into cheese vats and rennet is added. It is converted into fresh cheese by adhering to traditional production methods. The fresh cheeses produced are put in tins and rested for at least 180 days. After aging, ripened white cheeses, which attain their ideal structure and taste, are packaged and presented to consumers. It is delivered to all corners of Turkey by maintaining the cold chain with our vehicles, whose route and temperature level are constantly monitored.
